Did you know that you can control the display of geometry reps in Creo?

With Creo 7.0, you can control the display of representation geometry without setting defined appearances or appearance states. This makes it easier to work with different types of geometry representations.

You can select or clear the Boundary (B-rep) and Mixed check boxes to hide or show the type of geometry representation. To set the transparency for each representation type, use the slider that appears for each filter type. Transparency only affects geometry with the default appearance set.

Set the slider for Boundary (B-rep) to 70%:
