Following are the steps to see whether the status of the issue
Step 1 :- Search for the Creo topic regarding issue or SPR number, select Support perspective and click on Closed Bugs node as displayed below in the image and find out all the relevant closed issue regarding searched topic (Here material removal cut)
Step 2 :- Closed Bugs Cloud option is a visual representation of the words associated with the search topic. The font size of a word indicates how often the “word” occurs in the Title, descriptions, and tags within our database, while smaller font size indicates decreased availability of results for that search topic
The below image shows that words like “feature”, “assembly”, “Turning”, “Simulation” are bigger than others, so it indicates that Workarounds node contains more results for those words and less for others
Step 3 :- click the “+” button or its title and explore further
Step 4 :- The full description of selected Closed Bug will be visible as shown below
Step 5 :- Clicking on Hyperlink, issue can be seen in source site as displayed below in the image
Click on “Back” button to check Open Bugs node of Support perspective for the same searched topic or SPR number
