What would you rather do this upcoming weekend? Preview a movie or Dimensions in Creo Parametric 4.0? I know what you are thinking…. I don’t blame you… Just in case you are stuck with Creo, have fun previewing dimensions…..:-)
Starting with Creo Parametric 4.0, when you create a dimension or a GTOL you can immediately see the preview that’s attached to the pointer (see pic below). You can drag this preview of geometry to select the desired attachment location. You can pick a location on a surface or can attach it to a dimension or to another GTOL. Note: The preview of dimensions is provided after enough references are specified.
This is a great enhancement in Creo Parametric 4.0 as it enables the user to quickly create and edit Dimensions.
